Welcome to Bjøkstad, we're glad you've joined us.
Bjøkstad is a gathering of vikings, held several times each year. In such gatherings, we honor our Scandinavian ancestors and their way of life. We do so by clothing ourselves in viking garb, enjoying viking foods, and taking part in viking games.
So, in an effort to produce enjoyable Bjøkstad gatherings, I've decided to begin recording my attempts at making the many diverse tools, games, clothings, etc. used in Bjøkstad. Therefore, this blog is probably most valuable to people looking for ideas and tips on cosplay, larp, and other DIY nerd wares. Or it might be of best suited to those who hope to one day join us in Bjøkstad as our gatherings grow larger and larger.
